At 'La Artesana' we also manufacture fruit preserves. In particular, we use pears as the key element and offer: pears in wine, in Muscat wine, in syrup and in Txacoli.

All with a flavour, aroma and texture that make them taste like authentic golden syrup.

Each pear is peeled by hand, with the care and attention deserved, while respecting the tail that gives each dish the special touch it requires.

Our pears can be found on the tables of acknowledged restaurants, included in their dessert menu.
